So my grandma, dad, and i, woke up super early (considering being up for over 35 hours without sleep), so that we could go down to McDonalds before we headed to church.

And I know what some of you are thinking (especially those who haven't been to HK)... why would anyone in their right mind bring their grandmother(s) to a fast food chain like mcdonalds?
Well, lets just say that McDonald's in Hong Kong is EXPONENTIALLY better than the subpar standards we hold in the Americas.
They sell pasta as an breakfast option, AND they have cakes for dessert if that floats your boat!

and... when it is super hot in the middle of day, and you need a quick snack their ice cream selection is incredible!
Lets just let this summarize my love for Hong Kong McDonalds.
Mc Flurries - $14 HK, around $2 Canadian
Sundae - $7HKD, around than $1 Canadian
Flavoured Soft Serve with chocolate, grape, raspberry or strawberry twists - $4.90HKD, less than 75 cents Canadian
Soft Serve Cone $2.50 HKD, around 30 cents Canadian
Walking in expecting to pay around $5CAD and only spending $0.60 CAD for ice cream two people - PRICELESS (:
